Crêpe Brunch

I recently made brunch for my 14 person co-op– crêpes! I think my favorite filling was fresh strawberries & fried bananas (made by frying the bananas in brown sugar, butter, and cinnamon). Also present: apple & pear compote. I feel like a true badass every time I flip the crêpes in the air to switch cooking sides in the pan.
