Fresh Pasta!

I was gifted an Italian Imperia pasta maker (!!!) and not to sound cheesy, but my heart is  singing. I tried it out for the first time last night, making Saturday dinner with two of my friends. Pasta dough made with 200g of 00 flour and 2 eggs. Once made, pasta was tossed with olive oil, black pepper, and Parmigiano Reggiano. Simple. Delicious.
