Last Meal of 2020

This is what it looks like when front of house and back of house restaurant family housemates tag team a NYE pandemic style dinner. Everything was made from scratch and inspired by the menu of the restaurant we worked at, pre- pandemic. We went all out to celebrate getting through 2020.

Menu:

  • Fresh baguette with sides of butter and bruschetta
  • Oysters on the half shell with lemon and mignonette
  • Shishito peppers with caper aioli
  • Bay scallops with salad and green goddess dressing
  • Bubbles
